Durch eine gute Wasseraufbereitungsanlage erhalten Sie eine verl\u00e4ngerte Lebenszeit Ihrer Komponenten und Bauteile. Insbesondere werden Ihre Wartungen planbar. Ihre Komponenten werden nicht mehr aufgrund von Besch\u00e4digungen durch eine schlechte Wasserqualit\u00e4t ausfallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wasseraufbereitung-wasserstrahlschneiden-warum-ist-das-wichtig\">Wasseraufbereitung Wasserstrahlschneiden &#8211; Warum ist das wichtig?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Oft wird vermutet, dass klares Trinkwasser oder Leitungswasser auch sauber und frei von Schadstoffen ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits seit vielen Jahren ist es so, dass von den Trinkwasserversorgern teilweise sogar extra Kiesels\u00e4ure (SiO\u00b2) dem Wasser zugef\u00fcgt wird. F\u00fcr den Menschen ist das gesund, leider nicht f\u00fcr die D\u00fcsen von Wasserstrahlschneideanlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem Test haben wir zwei identische D\u00fcsen verglichen. Die eine D\u00fcse wurde mit schlechten bzw. unbehandelten Schneidwasser betrieben, die andere D\u00fcse wurde mit aufbereiteten und gefilterten Wasser betrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der D\u00fcse, welche mit unbehandelten Wasser betrieben wurde, kann man klar und deutlich die Ablagerungen von Kiesels\u00e4ure erkennen. Die Ablagerungen waren so extrem, dass keine sauberen Schnitte mehr m\u00f6glich waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die andere D\u00fcse wurde mit Wasser betrieben, welches von unserer Komplettl\u00f6sung WodaCodeGreen aufbereitet und gefiltert wurde. Trotz einer identischen Arbeitsdauer, ist ein extremer Unterschied zu erkennen.
